Ankara would probably be happy with a Trump victory in the short term, making it easier to open dialogue after the stand-offish Biden years. Chairman of the Centre for Economics and Foreign Policy Studies (EDAM) and former Turkish diplomat Sinan Ulgen provided an evaluation for Reuters.
