Rebuilding Syria After Assad


Director of the Centre for Economics and Foreign Policy Studies (EDAM) and former Turkish diplomat Sinan Ulgen wrote for Project Syndicate about the urgent importance of Syria establishing a functional economic order in the post-Assad era. The precondition for this is addressing the risks to political stability, which he co-authored with Charles Kupchan.
